Bill grew up in Mooresville on a small farm and has seen the Lake Norman area transform. Like most young men, his first passion was cars....but he also had a strong interest in buildings, land and homes. While spending most of his career in the sport of NASCAR as a Crew Man, Crew Chief & Team Manager, in his free time he bought, leased & sold commercial properties. Bill has also owned over 20 residential homes, most of which he renovated, added on to or changed in some other manner before selling.

In 2006, he decided that the travel & long hours of NASCAR took too much time away from him watching his granddaughter Camryn grow up.  At that time, he decided to pursue his other passion.  Having obtained his Broker license, Bill plans to concentrate primarily on commercial properties, but will also work residential.  His vast experience with construction, investments, owning his own business and knowing the history of our area gives Bill the background to offer sound advice and guidance to his clients.
